Would love to see the food trucks venture up over the hill – up past the mall – and provide another lunch option to those of us who work up where. Chow Haul used to come up but I haven’t seen them in a long time. I generally don’t go out and buy lunch every day, I bring mine from home. But when I do it’s a special treat and I would prefer to buy lunch from a local business who offers a different variety than the same old restaurants up here.
I love that Duluth is having a food truck renaissance!
Is this a Stan and Yosh Shmenge reference? And will there be cabbage rolls and coffee?
