Advice: your placement of the semi-colon…Oh, wait! The Grammar War is over.
My advice is to go. You will likely have to park no more than a couple of blocks away.
Like most art fairs, there’s a large share of “crafty schlock” (bring it on, Chase). But mixed among the Sunset Photography and Smooth Wood Carving is some great actual art.
Unfortunately, Mr. Robert Pokorny is not showing there this year.
What Vicarious said, and sue me if you don’t like my sentence structure. I think there’s a lot of fabulous art there — pottery, clothing, glassware, jewelry, postcards, etc — than schlock. The show is juried, BTW, which makes a difference. I always end up getting something amazing there every time I go. And it’s also a great opportunity to see and be seen, as half of Duluth seems to attend to check out the scene. I hope the weather cooperates, b/c it’s a lot of fun. If you can, ride a bike down, it helps …
I saw Bob Pokorney’s booth. I bought some gorgeous jewelry as gifts this year, there was some nice stuff — as always. Glad the weather obliged. Fewer local artists than in previous years, I thought.

Love it! Go every year, sometimes I buy stuff, sometimes I don’t. Either way I enjoy it.
You should go there and buy one thing from everyone.
Then set up a booth in the parking lot selling it for a 20% jackup
Bob Pokorny will be there. He was there setting up tonight.
wish for sun…
