Vietnamese New Year in Duluth

I ate buffet at Saigon Cafe today and they had a sign up saying that Saturday the 5th there is a traditional Vietnamese dinner buffet and a dragon dance of some sort. Tickets are $15 and the owner said she wants to know how much food to make so she prefers people pre-purchase. I believe it starts at 6 p.m.
There might be other things going on, too.
