SUMMARY:Our Climate Futures: Equity & Inclusion at the Center
DESCRIPTION:The University of MN Duluth\, Institute on the Environment and Office of Sustainability are hosting the two day conference\, Our Climate Futures. The conference is a community exploration of impacts\, adaptation and mitigation related to climate change\, with particular focus on how climate change is disproportionately impacting socioeconomic communities.  \nThe conference welcomes keynote speaker\, August Ball. Ball is an award-winning environmental conservationist and workplace culture consultant. Other conference sessions will highlight the effects of climate change on Duluth and northern Minnesota\, with particular focus on vulnerable populations. \nTickets are required for the evening keynote address but are free through the Marshall Performing Arts Center box office at 218-726-8561 or online here.
