Lost and Found

Missing long-haired white cat with orange markings on his face, ears and tail (also has some very light orange on his back), has blue eyes. Missing since April 28 from the West Duluth area, specifically Raleigh St & S. 61st Ave. W., and has not been seen since.

His name is Raja, he’s 3 years old, neutered, has his claws and is not microchipped. He is very missed by his family and also needs his medication.

Dakota is a well-known dog around town — a Husky/Shepherd mix. He pulled out of his collar on May 3 in the Lincoln Park Area and took off running. He is very friendly and sometimes has a lot to say. Our family is missing our male Cairn Terrier named Rusty. He snuck out of the house around noon on Thanksgiving day. He is very sweet and gentle, but may be difficult to catch. He is dark gray wearing a blue Hawaiian collar. He has a name tag with phone number, but that number is disconnected. He is also wearing a yellow microchip tag. He is sadly missed. I lived in the Duluth area until December 2004, and am back here temporarily. I’m looking for a former member of Low Income People Organizing for Power, Annabelle, who’s from South Dakota, she told me. It’s about a matter that we discussed previously about 10 years ago that hasn’t been solved yet. If anyone knows Annabelle, could you please mention this post to her?

Our family dog escaped Friday night after 9 p.m. in the Denfeld area. His name is Niko and he is wearing a plaid collar. He is very friendly so I know some doglover brought him inside to be out of the cold nad wind. I am in the Lakeside area and have found a terrier mix. It’s female, very well groomed. Possibly a puppy.  Very sweet. Are you missing her? Actually, a neighbor found her but already has too many dogs, so I will lodge her and on Monday I will be bringing her to Animal Allies to see if she is possibly micro-chipped.

My cat went missing Aug. 11. I know it’s been a long time since he’s been home but after reading a few posts on this website, it seemed like it really helped get the word out. He was last seen near 13th Avenue East and Second Street near Walgreens. He’s an all black neutered male about 1 year old. He has all his claws and is very friendly. She made it home about midnight last night. I don’t know where she has been since we searched everywhere and she isn’t talking. She lost some weight and wants to sleep a lot. I just want to thank all our neighbors as well as the people at Friends of Animals in Cloquet and Animal Allies here in Duluth for all their kind words of support.

About a month ago, we accidentally grabbed something that wasn’t ours at RT’s and want to get it back to the rightful owner! Shoot me an email with a description and I will get it to you asap!

She is a 1-year-old female Black Cat with while boots and stomach. Her name is Beebee. She was last seen Saturday night around 11 p.m. Got out of the house through an open garage door. She is not an outside cat and way too trusting. Very affectionate … she was a bottle bay rescue. She is micro chipped. She will come to you if you call her. I can see what looks like a cockatiel (although I am not good about knowing bird types) flying through my neighborhood, Chester Park, by Sara’s Table. It’s been flying between 9th and 10th streets, the 1800 block. It’s been sitting in the tall fir trees in the neighborhood.  If you know someone who has lost a bird, please let them know. It seems to be calling out, and it’s pretty loud, but will calm down if talked to.  It will not come to me, though.

So if anyone in the Chester Creek Cafe neighborhood finds a model rocket in their tree / backyard / roof, I know who it belongs to. Orange parachute, dark rocket with Ryan T written on it. Launched from the baseball fields, ended up somewhere S SW of there tonight. Thanks.

Help me lower my record of losing 2 pairs of aviators and 2 Mountain Hardware jackets to only 1 pair of aviators and 1 Mountain Hardware jacket!

My wife and I were helping out with the Congdon Park Cougar Chase at Lester Park earlier this month and I seem to have hung my jacket on a tree, with my sunglasses in the breast pocket so I couldn’t lose them.  Oops.  It was a black mens Mountain Hardware softshell, medium or large, I honestly can’t remember and a pair of gold legit ’80s Ray-Bans.

We were at one of the trail-heads on Seven Bridges Rd If it helps.
