Anyone else having major dropping issues with Sprint?

Up until two weeks ago I haven’t had much problem with Sprint, but now I literally cannot make a phone call in my own home without the call dropping. I called Sprint and they said they were working on their towers and it could be another month or two until finished and they could take $20 off my bill. Wow, $20 and I can’t even use my phone. I should also mentioned I have been with them for ten years and have four family members on this plan. No thanks! Needless to say I will be canceling my service with them. I was just wondering if anyone else has been able to use their phones?

You are not alone. And ask for more.

I had the same problem. Sprint was dropping everywhere. Sprint kept telling me that they were updating their towers, that lasted for a year. I finally dropped them and switched to AT&T. It has only been a month but the reception is way better. Sprint needs to get it together.

It has been nearly a month of zero or very limited connectivity for me (in upper Endion). I called them today to discuss the issue, but unfortunately the first two times I tried the call was dropped. Finally I went out on the roof and was able to speak with a nice lady who told me what I already knew and offered $15. Boo.
