   Is “debate” the right word for this kind of exchange? The Center for Ethics and Public Policy, under director Shane Courtland, tries to keep things from getting too oppositional.

   Thanks for posting rhetoric. I watched until 1:50 when the video abruptly truncated. Went over to YouTube and it was the same.
   Does anyone know how to get the complete video?
