Eagle in Need

Thanks so much to P and M, who brought this wounded bald eagle down from Cook this evening, after she’d been hit by a car. Thanks to them, she has a chance. What amazes me is the quiet dignity with which eagles carry themselves even in times of injury and great pain.
Any updates? Was someone able to give this critter a ride?

Whatever happened to the special needs eagle at the Aquarium?
It turns out this eagle had been shot, not hit by a car as originally thought. It had to be euthanized because its wing was destroyed by the gun shot.
Poor guy.
