It’s not visible from Railroad Street or Garfield Ave. Sean42’s answer is much more accurate, but you jumped in first, so I decided to follow my tolerant, forgiving nature and let you share in the glory.
Well, I knew it was along the outer wall of the building somewhere. I don’t know what’s generally considered the front of the building. I’d say maybe the Railroad Street side, because that’s most visible, but maybe the side facing the river is the front.
