I donated some cool books, as well as a gift certificate from Lake Aire for cheap beer or cheap wine! SO BE THERE. This kind of event is why I like Duluth and think the people I’ve met here totally rock.

Forget that, come for the Lake Superior Cacophonic Choir. The greatest assemblage of men heading down the turnpike of near unbearable salacious entertainment that will be witnessed this month.

I noticed on Facebook that there are 104 confirmed guests so far. Whatever you do, don’t invite the fire marshal.

Yep. I am worried about the number of peeps. There will be someone with a counter at the door, and I expect that people will come and go. In other words, I freaked out about the numbers but the rest of the planning committee is planning for it.

    Come early.

Supposed to be in the mid-20s this evening, Ken Buehler says on Ch. 6. Maybe we can move this party into the street!

Maybe it’s a silly question, but does Teatro Zuccone have a bar? Live music is always a little more fun with a few cocktails. And it brings in more $$.

Yep. there will be beer for sure. I think wine also. Unsure about the hard liquor, though.

I was there last week for an event for Witness for Peace. They have a bar, and as I recall the beer selection was much better than the wine selection — but then cheap wine gives me a headache.

THAT WAS ONE AMAZING EVENT! Kudoes to all who had a hand in putting it on, and kudoes to the musical talent. I think I heart Alan Sparhawk now. This evening’s event for a member of our community who needs some $$$ during a tough time in her life really represented to me the best about our community — how we come out of the woodwork to help out our own. Crystal is so damn lucky to have such friends. I told Purple if anything happens to me, I want her in charge. Thanks again to the organizers.
