Hermantown native Tanner Zahn, now of the Los Angeles group FuturePop, has released this Christmas music video. Locals will remember him as Tanner Zahn Hagen, performer in Duluth Playhouse productions and son of Jennifer Madill Hagen and Dusty Hagen, former owners of Madill Performing Arts Center in Duluth.

Tanner told Fox 21 he recorded his Christmas song in his closet, and the video was shot in an hour and a half.

“I just wanted to spread the message to be happy about the stuff that we do have, like family and the time that we have together in this pandemic,” he said.
