Snooty Fox Tea and Honey Tasting

The Facebook invitation for the Snooty Fox Tea and Honey Tasting, event indicated 80 people would attend, and that did not feel wrong. Maybe not 80, but the place was packed.

The honey is provided by the Lake Superior Honey Co, an “artisanal honey producer specializing in single-location free-foraged honey. We pride ourselves on treating our bees humanely and sustainably without the use of chemicals, pesticides, or medications.”

I’m learning the words for tea tasting. It’s like wine — you never really get the taste until you learn the vocabulary (so that’s what “earthy” tastes like?). But the event is a success, I think, and I wish Snooty Fox and Libby more success in the future.
